All documents were prepared in MS Word (.DOC) and Rich Text Format (.RTF).  RTF format can be read by all other word processing software.  We selected Times New Roman or Arial fonts to be compatible with all printers.
Toastmasters International offers a variety of PR materials that you can purchase on-line at www.toastmasters.org.

These cards are designed to print on any business card stock (2 x 5) on 8.5 x 11 letter size sheets available at business stationery stores.
 

Labels Word DocumentRTF Document

These 2" x 4" labels are designed to print on Avery 5163 labels (2 x 5 labels on letter stock).  You can substitute any brand of labels of the same size.

Attach these labels almost anywhere. One suggested use is to apply them to copies of Toastmaster magazines and leave them in medical waiting rooms where magazines are available.

English-French Glossary Adobe Acrobat Document

The English-French glossary is the official lexicon of Toastmaster words used by the District 61 Translation Committee.  Use it to translate documents at your Club.

Invitation Cards (2 x 3.5) Word DocumentRTF Document

These cards are designed to print on letter-size business card stock (2 x 5), available at business stationery stores.  Give them to prospects personally or leave them in business card holders at special events, display booths, business offices, or retail stores.  You can purchase an inexpensive business card holder (<$2) separately.  You can combine cards with flyers in a larger display unit (approximately $20).
 

Flyer Word Document

This flyer is designed to print on 8.5 x 11 letter-size paper.  Feel free to replace the graphic with your own graphic or a Club photo.

One suggestion is to print onto a full size sheet label and stick it onto Bristol board or any smooth, clean surface to provide a rigid backing. Staple or pin "TAKE ONE" Information slips to the flyer. Display these boards in public places such as retail information centers, display windows, or bulletin boards.
 

Gold Seal Labels Adobe Acrobat Document

This PDF file is a full page of Toastmaster logos that you can print on sheets of Gold Seal labels, available in stationery stores. Attach a gold seal with the Toastmaster logo on promotional materials to add instant impact.
