| District Governor's Incentives 2011-2012 | ||
| Each year the trio defines initiatives
that we hope encourage members to continually grow and flourish
as speakers and
leaders. When members succeed, so do their clubs. As District Governor, here are my incentives for the 2011-2012 Toastmasters year.
Distinguished Toastmaster AwardMembers who reach the highest pinnacle of the Toastmasters educational program receive the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award. New DTM’s are celebrated at each District Conference. A special award and a Competent Communicator (CC) manual will be awarded to each member who achieves their DTM during the 2011-2012 Toastmaster year. President of the Year Award The Club President of the Year Award recognizes and honours
a Club member who, through leadership and personal example,
while serving as a Club President, has made an outstanding
contribution to his or her Club and, therefore, to Toastmasters
International. Area Governor of the Year Award This award recognizes an area governor whose dedication,
commitment, and area team significantly contributed towards
achieving the district mission. For suggested criteria, please click
